Cosy Evening Mexican Hot Chocolate

Now, this hot choc is one of my favourite things to make. So, naturally, i make it all the time. My sister once said; if I died, it would be the one thing she would miss most.... SO, I think that you should be a part of this beautifully decadent secret...

To make a large mug , (or two small cups full)...

Please don't worry too much about getting the exact amount of ingredient. ;)
First if all... Add a large cup of full fat milk into a saucepan. Then turn on the stove. :) Then add a drop of vanilla essence, snap in a cinnamon stick. Ooze in some runny golden honey (about 1 tbspn full). Sprinkle in some soft light-brown sugar and add a pinch of nutmeg. Pour in a bit of cream (oh and feel free to exaggerate, you can't ever go wrong with too much cream.) Add in a a dried chilli and about 75g best-quality dark chocolate, or alternatively bung in some chilli chocolate (Lindt do a very good one). Make sure that the chocolate doesn't stick tot he bottom and burn... and after about one minute, remove the cinnamon from the pan and it should be ready to drink :)

Please tell me what you think, whether or not you've tried it yet...

Peace Out.
